Our friends Justine, Zac, and Steve recently hit the road and the trail to hike Mount Whitney. They camped at Iceberg Lake at 12,600 feet and then climbed the East Face of Mount Whiteny, a 10-pitch route that was first climbed in 1931. They reached the summit around 4pm and enjoyed the view from one of the highest peaks in the lower 48 states (14,505 feet)! To fuel themselves on this long trek they packed along Early Bird Granola Bars (made in Brooklyn) and Treehouse Drinking Chocolate (made in Portland), both available at Sawyer.
Keepin' those campsites classy.
